ASK Implements the Advanced Program for School Principals

ASK for Human Capacity Building has successfully completed the implementation of the Advanced Program for School Principals offered for the Training and Educational Development Center at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Qatar.

The program aims to develop the leadership competencies of Qatar’s public school principals who are seeking to renew their professional licenses (professional license for school leaders / school principals) which enables them to perform their job competently and effectively, including the ability to anticipate and respond to future challenges.

The program has received great enthusiasm and admiration from the participants and educational experts at the Educational Development Center at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Qatar, who commended the program’s management and the training content that takes into consideration the schools’ nature and needs in Qatar and serves school principals as leaders in their schools. They also highlighted the facilitation techniques that the program took into consideration and the skilled trainers.

Here is some of the highlights from participants’ feedback about the program: “The program has been characterized for including practical practices that can be used on the ground,” Another principal added that this is one of the best leadership programs he attended, which helped build on his leadership competencies and keep him aware of the latest global leadership practices.

Dr. Amin Amin, the CEO of ASK highlighted:” The Advanced Program for School Principals “focuses on increasing the efficiency and productivity of principals through providing them with knowledge, skills and positive attitudes, as well as developing their leadership skills, executive planning, problem-solving, decision making, and executive planning. The program also introduces them to distinguished international experiences in school leadership. Dr. Amin added: “ASK is always striving to provide the best solutions that contribute to the development of human resources according to the best and latest strategies that commensurate with the needs of the target audience”.

With the completion of this program, ASK adds a new achievement to its, and will always remain as a beacon of innovation in the field of education and human capacity building.
